That’s so true RJONES58 and sometimes it’s not always your attitude, but your illness sometimes we have to let ourselves give in or it wins and we will stay wimps…if we don’t allow ourselves those days to admit we need to submit and be like okay no more, today…it’s a “me day” I have to rest and stay home, turn off the phone, turn down the lights, noise or whatever and rest my tired sore self because I’ve been going WAY too much because I dont know if you’re anything like me but I tend to push myself too hard sometimes because I know I’m crashing at any moment then my body screams. Yes, I’m a warrior but I have to remember, I need that rest & I deserve it and I have to take care of me or I can’t do or be anything else and it doesn’t make us wimps…it makes us have acceptance and know that we have an entire community and support system out there. There’s a whole “tribe” of us warriors and we will keep fighting until everyone hears us.

living with chronic pain will make you a wimp or a warrior, depending on your attitude.
